Opsary uses Paddle as Merchant of Record. All billing and payments are processed by Paddle.
1. No Refunds
Opsary does not offer refunds for any subscriptions, renewals, email credits, add-ons, or additional team members.
All sales are final.
We provide a 14-day free trial for paid plans so that users can evaluate the service before committing to a subscription.
2. Automatic Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
No refunds are provided for late cancellations or unused time.
3. Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

the account may be suspended

Paddle handles the dispute process

access may be restored only after resolution
4. Billing Management
Users can manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their Paddle customer portal.
