Cancellation Policy — Opsary

Opsary uses Paddle as Merchant of Record.

All billing and subscription management is handled through Paddle.


1. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You will keep access to all paid features until your billing cycle ends.


2. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the email receipt from Paddle

  2. Click “Manage Subscription”

  3. Select “Cancel Subscription”

or use your Paddle customer portal.

Opsary cannot cancel subscriptions manually for security reasons.


3. No Refunds After Cancellation

Cancellations do not generate refunds.

You maintain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Once your paid plan expires:

  • Your workspace will automatically downgrade to the Free plan

  • Limits for projects, clients, team members and email credits will apply

  • Access to paid features will be locked

No data is deleted during downgrade.


5. Reactivation

You can reactivate or upgrade your plan at any time through Paddle’s billing portal or inside Opsary.
